The Beta Opt-in is now up for up for Wrath... Of course this just means they will add your account to the pool of accounts that they will look at for beta testing. You still have to accept their terms and and when and if they choose you so feel free to do so. Also, they are looking for a wide range of players; Raiders, Casuals, whatever. So don't think you can't make the cut. Log on to the blizzard site and look for the above button under account services and sign up... or don't...

What can YOU make, cook, craft or mix? Let us know, put in the Forum under Professions http://www.nerdherdernation.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=13!!! I put some random stuff a while back but I'll edit it so it will only show what I can craft. You should do the same. In G chat people always ask "who can enchant this, or craft that?" well if we all spend a few minutes in the forum people can get a lot of information...

We had a great raid on Sunday. We downed all bosses but night bane. Some guildys got some good loot out of it too.

Just so everyone know we have the ppl for 2 kara groups. There are no permanent spots in group one or in two its all about who signs up first. I need to know what times everyone can raid so i can set the second raid for the week at a time and day that more ppl can attend. So please put your post in the forms on the link below so that we can get things rolling along and we can all get to 25 mans together.

Progression:

As of now. We only Raid Kara until we can get at least 20 geared peeps. By 20 geared peeps i mean... I wanna see Kara group1 and Kara group2 own Kara in under 5 hours. When this happens we will progress to Mag/Gruls as a guild. With the upcoming badge loot up for grabs there is no reason why both groups can't run kara in under 4 hours. But well see...

Myth One: Group 1 is not for Leet sauce toons. Yes there was 1 time, group1 was sheduled as a badge run for leet sauce peeps. But that is not lingering reality. If you are under-geared feel free to sign up for group1. An example of this was on the Kara raid on 8APR, I took a +800 healing priest. That would have never happened in a PUG. Ragn would have been booted in a heartbeat.

Myth Two: Group2 is rumored as being for our weakest players. This is not true. Last weeks group2 did a 8 hour kara run... I don't believe that had anything to do with the players gear. It was just a shitty raid makeup. I've been in PUGs that had 6 members in mostly Blues and a few Purps. The reason those raids were successful was because peeps knew how to listen. I was listening in on the group 2 raid... and i noticed that people didn't not know how to listen to the raid leader. Doing your own thing=wipe.

Priority one: Tanks and Healers getting geared. I will work with tanks and healers one at a time to get them geared. If your a tank or a healer that signed up for a raid and didn't not get picked, it's not because you suck. It's because we are building our tanks and healers one at a time. So we can start throwing them in other groups. Be patient tanks and healers.... we are getting you geared. It just takes time. A well geared tank and a few well geared healers can carry a raid full of under geared DPS rather well. This is an indisputable fact.

Some of you may have notice strange sign ups on the raid calender. Names of toons you do not recognize. You may even notice that they are ranked as "Non-Member. We are joining a partnership with another guild called the "Disciples of the Chuck". Ideally I would like them to leave there guild and just merge with ours but some of them do not want to lose their identity. So in the mean time I granting them access to our forum and raid calendar.

Have no fear: A non member will never take precedence of a member for raid spots. For example we will use one of our hunters before we use one of theirs. Or we will use our MT before we allow a non member to tak that spot. This is all preparation for doing 25 man instances 2gether in the future.

We will still run a DKP system for loot for our side of the house. They will simply roll. as far as 10 mans go. When we reach 25 man raids however myself and the there Guild master are going to have to work out a system for loot distribution. We all know how nasty rolling for loot can be in a 25 man. Especially when you have put a lot of time into the raids and some one else just shows up for the first time... rolls and gets the loot. We will not use luck to determine loot. Loot is to be award through showing up to raids and putting in time as reflected by DKP.
